Stephanie Wilson

Stephanie Wilson is the founder and president of Expert Management Services, a full service association management and event planning company. She is a graduate of Ohio University where she earned a BS in journalism.

After graduation, Stephanie launched her career in Philadelphia where she began working in administrative and marketing management. She has since advanced her career and moved into association management and event planning. Stephanie is laser-focused on creating excellent medical education events and marketing those events to medical professionals across the spectrum.

In her spare time, she practices yoga and mindful meditation. She runs when her knees hold up and loves spending time with her friends and family.

Agnes Barroso
Agnes BarrosoOffice Manager
Agnes is a New Jersey native and currently lives in Manahawkin, NJ. She has recently completed a 35-year career with Merck where she worked as an Executive Assistant in both the human health and animal health industries.

Agnes brings to this role her extensive experience in meeting planning and organizing, administrative services, communication and customer service. Agnes enjoys working out, traveling and decorating and she mostly enjoys spending time with daughter and her family. She is very excited to join Expert Management Services and to be a part of this dynamic team.

Megan Craven
Megan CravenMarketing & Communications
Megan hails from Nyack, NY. She studied English, Economics and Studio Art at Mount Holyoke College and later earned her MBA from the University of San Diego. After a number of years in the publishing industry (art, production and marketing), Megan became a full-time mom and enthusiastic Elementary School volunteer. She is excited to be back in the creative world of graphic design and hopes to inspire people to take advantage of the amazing educational opportunities EMS offers.

Megan enjoys photography, tennis, kayaking, beach combing and snorkeling. She lives with her daughter Alison in Newtown Square, PA.

Bethany Steyer
Bethany SteyerMarketing & Event Coordinator
Bethany is from Kansas City, Missouri and currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a recent graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City where she was awarded a BA in English Language and Literature with a Psychology Minor. During college, she worked as a tutor for North Kansas City School District. In her free time, Bethany loves to practice yoga, hike nature trails and swim. As Expert Management Service’s newest addition, she is excited to learn the business while marketing and coordinating events.
Lindsay Wilson
Lindsay WilsonEvent Manager & Communications
Lindsay Wilson is from Philadelphia. She is a graduate of Fairleigh-Dickinson University where she earned a dual degree in Political Science and Communications. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she worked part-time for Expert Management Services assisting in marketing and event planning. Following the completion of her bachelor’s degree, Lindsay assumed a full time position working as an administrative assistant and point person for events. After gaining insight on the business, Lindsay decided to go back to school full-time to pursue her Juris Doctorate at Rutgers School of Law. She continues to serve part-time assisting in marketing and the execution of events.

While at Rutgers, Lindsay co-founded the Health Law Society and frequently uses experience and contacts gained through EMS to collaborate the two worlds, making way for inter-professional learning opportunities.

Lisa Nash
Lisa NashOperations

Lisa Nash currently resides in Gerlach, Nevada. She received her BS in Geotechnical Engineering from New Mexico Tech. After a couple decades as a project manager in the engineering field,

Lisa began working with Expert Management Services and found a love for event planning and operations management. Lisa loves living in the west and providing a west coast center of operations.

Lisa lives far out in the countryside with her husband and 3 cats. She enjoys photography, camping and hot springs.

John Barbis
John BarbisEducation Consultant
John Barbis received his BS in Biology from Haverford College and graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from the Stanford University Medical School. During his nearly 40 years of practice in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, he specialized in the treatment of pain of musculoskeletal, spinal, and neuropathic origins. He has authored a number of papers and book chapters on the treatment of spinal and neuropathic pain. He was one of the first physical therapists to be recognized as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist and to be certified by the McKenzie Institute. He served as a faculty member of the PT program at Temple University and was one of the founding faculty members of the PT program at Thomas Jefferson University. He served for many years on the Board of the McKenzie Institute USA and as the educational consultant. John was actively involved in APTA where he served in several consulting roles and was one of the authors of the first Guide To Physical Therapy Practice. He was a board member of the Greater Philadelphia Pain Society where he also served as President and Chair of the Education Committee. John coached wrestling for nearly 40 years on the intercollegiate, high school and club levels. He retired from active practice in 2015 after maintaining his own private practice for 35 years. Although retired from active clinical practice, he continues to consult on practice, educational and clinical care issues.
